In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

• Provider: the legal entity or natural person that offers the Online Calculation Application.
• Application: the online calculation tool, including the website, software and any associated functionalities.
• User: any natural person or legal entity that uses the Application.
• Results: the calculations, indications or outcomes generated by the Application.

• These terms and conditions apply to any use of the Application.
• By using the Application, the User accepts these terms and conditions.
• Deviations from these terms are only valid if agreed in writing.

• The Application is intended as a tool for making indicative calculations.
• The Results provided by the Application are not binding and are for informational purposes only.
• No rights can be derived from the Results.

The User uses the Application at their own risk.

It is not permitted to use the Application:

• for unlawful purposes;
• in a way that causes disruptions, damage or security risks;
• in violation of applicable laws and regulations.

The Provider reserves the right to block misuse.

• The Provider strives for uninterrupted availability, but cannot guarantee this.
• The Provider is entitled to temporarily take the Application out of service for maintenance, updates or adjustments.

The Provider is not liable for:

• inaccuracies or incompleteness in the Results;
• damage resulting from the use of the Application;
• decisions made by the User based on the Results.

If the Provider is nevertheless liable, this liability is limited to direct damages and a maximum of the amount that the User has possibly paid for the use.

• All intellectual property rights relating to the Application belong to the Provider.
• Het is niet toegestaan (delen van) de Applicatie te kopi�ren, wijzigen of verspreiden zonder voorafgaande schriftelijke toestemming.

If personal data is processed when using the Application, this is done in accordance with the Provider's privacy policy and the applicable GDPR regulations.

• The Provider reserves the right to change these terms.
• The most current version always applies and is available via the Application.
